A little about me…
I’ve been in the Real Estate Business since January 1981 and prior to that I was in the Title Insurance and Escrow business for almost 9 years.
I’m a United State Air Force Vet and served from 1967 – 1973.
I’ve attended the University of Guam – (Not too many folks can say that now can they..?), Ventura College, Foothill and DeAnza Junior College with an emphasis on Real Estate and Business courses.
For the last 41 years or so I’ve worked helping Buyers and Sellers in the purchase and sale of single family homes, assisted Investors in the Sales and Property Management of small to medium sized Multiple Unit Apartment Complexes. In addition to all that, I’ve have been involved in land development to obtain entitlements and in the construction of Custom Spec Homes.
